Nance Street Studios
is one of the newest additions to Houston's historic downtown art/warehouse district. All new working spaces in a 1930's, all masonry structure. We have a wide range of studio sizes available that range from about 120 square feet all the way up to about 1500. The studios all open onto extra wide hallways that culminate at enclosed, interior docks with 12' x 16' overhead doors for easy loading, no matter what the weather.

This is a space designed by and for "working" artists who are serious about selling their work and understand the value of being located in the heart of Houston's oldest and most active art community.
